At Nippy Hipperds, every product is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because our products are personal care items and are made specifically for our customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Why We Have This Policy

For the health and safety of our customers, returned personal care products cannot be resold once they leave our facility. In addition, because our products contain natural ingredients, they may be affected by weather conditions during shipping, including heat, cold, or humidity. These conditions are outside of our control.

• Natural products may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance from batch to batch. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Shipping

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and conditions are outside of our control. We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays.

• Weather-related delays or product changes caused by extreme temperatures.

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the unopened product. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
